the sense of arrival
large dominant arches having a bigger scale as compared to the other doorways with a subject (person) to contrast with, dark shades in the archway getting lighter as the path continues gives a sense of coming up under from an enclosed space hence giving the sense of arrival.
lol, i can crap too, alot.
So basically, the lecturers wants us students to think out of the box
to "see things in a different way"
so they threw this project at us
imagine a dominos effect for 8 minutes
spread out through 23 groups with different models
each group had a specific colour to follow by
we got pink lol
anyhoos it turned out our group was the least to fully portray our colour and the simplest but our team leader was like "no worries, ours will not get stuck like the rest with complicated gizmos"
so guess what, ours got stuck lol in the real go
lesson learnt, if your test run works perfectly, you're scrwed lol
the candle of death, used to pop the baloon full of guava juice to trigger the project
the other groups were great although many of them needed manual triggering
but i still think, ours was the best, biased am i not? lol =)

the other day i was at the bus stop when i met this guy michael
he's studying in canning college, my school last year
he's from miri and he's new to perth
well as we went on, i kinda realised that
he was like me last year,
new and growing to be independent
full of hope for a new start
just curious in how school's gonna turn out
and i realised how much i've grown within this past year

i'm not surprised that it won so many awards
few flashes short of an epilepsy and severe tinnitus
i remembered how chinese new year was like in kuching
even only after missing it once
it was more fun than i had expected
i'm thankful for my rich neighbours who provided bright lights
and my parents who bought fireworks lol talk about a change in roles
